Returns & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for bracelets that meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Packaging must be intact
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Returns must be approved by our team before items are sent back
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any Bracelets exceeding 14 days from delivery
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
- Custom or limited-edition bracelets created or reserved specifically for the customer
How to Make a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team with your order number
- Include a brief description of the issue
- Wait for our team to approve the return and provide instructions
Packages sent back without approval may not be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: Because each Bracelets By Bryant piece is one‑of‑a‑kind, we do not offer exchanges. The bracelet you wish to exchange for may no longer be available by the time we receive your request. If you would like a different style, the best process is to purchase the new bracelet you desire and proceed with a return of your original purchase for a refund in accordance with our return policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval. Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will replace the item or resolve the issue promptly.
